Hub & Spoke Diner is a nod to the American-Diner legacy with our own creative, modern takes on comfort food classics.

We love creating new versions of old classics, but our preparation is still old-school. Our from-scratch kitchen team cuts our potatoes and veggies by hand, makes our sauces and dressings from scratch, and works with local suppliers and farms for seasonal produce and quality products year-round.

Hub & Spoke Diner serves breakfast, lunch and brunch, plus wine, beer, spirits, craft cocktails and our famous boozy shakes. We also have a full espresso bar and coffee shop inside the diner.
