The Wasatch Business Series is brought to you by the Sugar House Chamber of Commerce, Utah Independent Business Coalition, Millcreek Business Council, Holladay Chamber of Commerce, South Salt Lake City Chamber of Commerce, and the Murray Chamber of Commerce.

The Wasatch Business Series is a collaborative effort that is focused on bringing impactful networking and educational opportunities to business owners across the Wasatch Front.

The inaugural event will take place at Kimi’s Chop House in Sugar House on February 1st, 2019 from 11:30am-1:30pm.

We will be serving a 2-course dining experience:

  • Simple Salad (GF & C) mixed baby greens, romaine, radicchio, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, shaved parmesan, fresh herb vinaigrette
  • Swedish Meatballs whipped potato, lingonberry demi snap peas

For those with dietary restrictions, a vegan option is available:

  • Grilled dijon marinated portobello mushroom (GF, C, VG) tomato, kalamata olive & basil relish, bulls blood, blackberry balsamic reduction
